Miller Sheet Metal was incorporated as B & S Premium Sheet Metal Inc. in 1997 by Bryan Miller Senior in Rowlett, TX as a family-owned and operated business. Bryan’s thirty years of experience in roofing, sheet metal fabrication, and metal building construction enabled the company to quickly establish a positive reputation for quality and competitive pricing in the DFW metroplex. Typical projects included standing seam roofing and all types of sheet metal gravel guard, gutter, flashings, and coping. Bryan Miller Senior established relationships with several General Contractors and became a Licensee with Berridge Manufacturing throughout the next few years. As the business grew, other family members were hired to fill key positions. Virginia Elder was hired in 2004 and is now Vice President and in charge of estimating, project management, and sales. In 2005, B & S Premium Sheet Metal Inc. /DBA Miller Sheet Metal purchased Military Sheet Metal. With this purchase, the corporation gained the capability to fabricate and install heavier gauge items such as framing, hand rails, stainless steel, and other custom items. In 2005, B & S Premium Sheet Metal also began working in other cities in Texas such as Houston and Austin; this, along with the purchase of Military Sheet Metal contributed largely to the growth of the company. In 2007 Bryan Miller Junior was hired to oversee the sales and operations of Military Sheet Metal.
 

Today, Miller & Military Sheet Metal has approximately 10 field crews with experienced roofing and sheet metal installation personnel, and a full complement of trucks, boom and skytrack equipment, and four Berridge roll formers.
